Common Questions

Do I need prior experience?

None at all. Classes are designed for beginners and renewals alike. No studying required — everything is taught hands-on from scratch.

Is there a written test?

BLS (healthcare providers) includes a short written test — everything is covered in class, no studying needed. Heartsaver and all other courses require a hands-on skills session only.

What do I need to bring?

Just yourself. Wear comfortable clothes you can kneel in. All materials, manikins, and equipment are provided.

What is your cancellation policy?

Free rescheduling with 48 hours notice — just call or text. Your eCard is emailed same day upon completion.

Will my employer accept this cert?

Yes. AHA certifications are the gold standard — accepted by every NC employer, OSHA, NC DCDEE, Atrium Health, Novant Health, and all licensing boards.

Can you come to our workplace?

Yes — for groups of 5 or more. We bring everything. You just need a space where people can kneel. Available 7 days a week including early mornings.
